Look carefully and evaluate the company you are buying a property insurance policy from. Price is not always the only factor. What type of service will you receive when you file a claim. Is there a local adjuster in the area that will assist you on your claim? Are the adjusters knowledgeable and can you contact them throughout the claim process.
The highest cost policies will generally give you the best service and most likely give you the best claim considerations.
