Urgency as a way of life!
You will never hear us say "We will take care of it later". I had a customer call us up on Friday at 5:45 pm. She was having a problem with her contents restoration. She was facing the weekend with the problem. She got me on the phone through our answering service. The first thing she wanted to know was who she was talking with. I answered, "I am the owner of the company". She was surprised to get the owner at that time but I told her I would see to it that this situation was taken care of immediately. She was elated and relieved. Her problem was taken care of as I dispatched a qualified person to her home within five minutes.
The customer proceeded to tell me (since she had the owner on the phone) what a great job we had done and how pleased she was with everything that she experienced with the company.
What a great way to start the weekend!

Commercial Emergency Services
We have many commercial accounts and work on emergency losses through out the entire Bay Area. We recently worked on a multiple sewage loss within the same building and completely satisfied our client. We worked through the weekend so the tenants were able to continue business as usual on Monday.

Why is Worker Certification and Background Checks Important?
When Restoration or Emergency Services work including Contents work is being performed on your home or building it is important to have Certified workers on site.
Certification assures you that the workers are all properly trained and are "in" the business. Certification means they have taken a 2 to 5 day class in any of a number of processes that are require to give you an excellent work product. The employee then takes a comprehensive test in order to receive the certification. Ask our workers and they will show you their IICRC Certification cards. We train our workers and spend money training on a weekly and monthly basis. This is just what we do. We want people who are dedicated not temporary in nature.
All of our workers pass a Drug Test, Criminal Background check and California Department of Motor Vehicle Check. We know who is in your home or building. We verify their background.

Working this Weekend? --- You Betcha!
Memorial Day Weekend is the start of summer in my book. People are going to be kicking off the summer in the back yard barbecuing and enjoying company.
We will be working. This is when the rubber meets the road, when people need our help and assistance. We truly will be answering our phones and on jobs all weekend. We have Project Managers working in our facility, trucks are out and being dispatched all weekend.

Reclaiming water
We have a diesel powered hydro washer with a high powered vacuum and 500 gallon reservoir tank. This is utilized in communities where water used for cleaning must be reclaimed and placed in a sewer collection line.
Many communities do not allow the water to be washed directly into street drains that will end up in lakes, estuaries or water supplies.

Competition is good
Competition in the marketplace is a great thing. We as a company compete like crazy against all other companies in our market on a daily basis. But.....................once the consumer decides on the contractor and approves the agreement to begin work then all the competition has ended. From that point the company selected needs to perform to the best of their abilities and the other companies need to back off and go to the next job.
The decision is that of the consumer. Not the insurance company, not the adjuster, not the contractor or the building official. The consumer is the one to make the final decision. That decision occurs when and authorization to proceed is formalized.
