Emergency Services 24 hours a day means that we actually have crews working all of the time. We are staffed around the clock to help our customers. When you call us you get the owner within minutes who is prepared to dispatch crews immediately. Our building is staffed continually.

We never close is what we live by.

I personally took a call at 1:25 am last night and insured that our customer was taken care of and crews were immediately dispatched. I gave the customer in San Mateo my personal cell phone to be sure we could follow up and perform to his expectations.

Urgency, dose it make a difference?

The way I personally look at this business Urgency is everything. When you have water or sewage running into your house you want it taken care of NOW! I personally got a call last night at 1:30 am from a customer who had water coming into his home. Think of what he was feeling at that moment. His one overriding question was how soon would help arrive. I told him 60 minutes and he wanted to know if we could get there faster. We arrived on site by 2:25 am and stayed all night to be sure that the damage to his home would be kept to a minimum.

I am very proud of our employees that take emergency services so much to heart. It really is all about the customer and what they need.

It amazes me how our company attempts to do business with other people and they lack customer compassion. We strive every day to take care of the needs of our customers. A great amount of the time we succeed. Some people you just are not able to satisfy but we try and try to take care of their concerns.

With our company warranty means something. We honor our warranties and take care of our customers. It kind of goes back to a time honored tradition.
