You will never hear us say "We will take care of it later". I had a customer call us up on Friday at 5:45 pm. She was having a problem with her contents restoration. She was facing the weekend with the problem. She got me on the phone through our answering service. The first thing she wanted to know was who she was talking with. I answered, "I am the owner of the company". She was surprised to get the owner at that time but I told her I would see to it that this situation was taken care of immediately. She was elated and relieved. Her problem was taken care of as I dispatched a qualified person to her home within five minutes.
The customer proceeded to tell me (since she had the owner on the phone) what a great job we had done and how pleased she was with everything that she experienced with the company.
What a great way to start the weekend!
