Emergency Services 24 hours a day means that we actually have crews working all of the time. We are staffed around the clock to help our customers. When you call us you get the owner within minutes who is prepared to dispatch crews immediately. Our building is staffed continually.
We never close is what we live by.
I personally took a call at 1:25 am last night and insured that our customer was taken care of and crews were immediately dispatched. I gave the customer in San Mateo my personal cell phone to be sure we could follow up and perform to his expectations.

As the owner of aaa environmental i do the same once in a while i pick up the phone and help a customer it brings me back to the day when thats all i did was answer the pnones.
